Simple 2-Step Process
Mattech utilizes state-of-the-art Nano technology that enable us to manufacture high performance shapes made from HMG1™, NanoFractalAlumina™. and BR materials that meet exacting customer requirement and specifications. Special geometries such as plate, disks, rings and custom bore (round corner square, hexagonal, oval, etc.) and custom-machined shapes are available for various applications
  • High electrical resistance for electrical insulation or isolation
  • Very high hardness, excellent wear and corrosion resistance
  • High temperature resistance
  • High thermal shock resistance
  • Hermetic ceramic-to-metal seals for use in high vacuum applications
  • High-purity: 99.9% Al2O3

To have your custom fabricated shape manufactured from the HMG1™, BR or NanoFractalAlumina™ please do the following:
  1. create an engineering drawing of the fabricated shape (if you do not have drawing capabilities contact us for help)Please feel free to sketch the drawing and either email us or fax us.
  2. contact us for a quote (there may be a setup fee for low quantities)

*It's important to mention tolerances in your drawings.
*Please call Mattech to discuss the application prior to sending us the drawing.  Mattech specializes in complex shapes to exacting dimensions.  Both 2-D and 3-D shapes are possible as shown in the sample pictures below.  Please
